So far, so good! We got this for a family member suffering from sciatica. Overall first impressions are good. They’ve only been using it for a few days but they have noted the comfort and relief they feel when using the seat cushion. It’s been used in a recliner, bench seat and car and the comfort seems to be quite noticeable. I’m considering getting another one that can be left in the car. I think it’s a good value for the money, the foam is soft but firm and the cover is soft
